A truly eco-responsible, skill-building, action-oriented and fun summer experience! The YAG took place July 12th-16th  2010 at MacSkimming Outdoor Education Centre, Ottawa, Ontario. The YAG is a five-day camp for youth between the ages of 14-19. There you get to explore different venues for community leadership and how to take action on social/environmental injustices. While discovering our role in the activism scope, we can have fun through interactive workshops like yoga, sprouting, vegan cooking, alternative energy and inclusive discussions on topics such as green washing and anti-oppression.
